"There are no longer any deed restrictions on the University’s use of the Cherokee Farm property. The restrictions were removed by a subsequent deed. However, if the University were to sell any part of the property, proceeds of the sale must be used to purchase other land in Knox County, and the University would have to use that land exclusively for agricultural, experimental or educational purposes. The University has no plans to sell the property."

Gina failed to mention that the 1942 agreement and the quitclaim were filed simultaneously and thus the quitclaim does not override the agreement. More importantly, as anyone can see, the 1942 agreement was clearly intended to facilitate moving the farm not reduce the acreage under the original restrictions.
